New site design for our group

This is the initial iteration of our new site design. Designed to get out content and information out to the site and our members in a much more rapid fashion. Also allows for easy tracking methods by subscribing to RSS or ATOM feeds of events/meeting dates/time, reviews, news and entries. Will also facilitate moderated reviews and article submissions by members.
